Tax Policy
Massachusetts state residents are subject to Massachusetts State sales tax of 6.25%.
We use USPS, Fedex, and UPS. We do not ship to PO Boxes, no shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, no military addresses, no shipping to Puerto Rico or other US territories. Certain items we sell have state and local shipping restrictions, if these items are restricted in your area, your order will be canceled and you will be refunded in full. We also do not export our items, and do not ship to reshippers. Once your order has been received and processed, it cannot be canceled. Any package refused upon delivery will be subject to a 25% restocking fee as well as any applicable fees imposed by the shipping company. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Since most of our items have free shipping, the actual shipping we paid to ship your item to you, will also be deducted from your refund amount. See our return policy for more details.

Marcas Enterprises shall have the right to refuse, reduce or cancel any orders placed for products and/or services listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund, or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. Marcas Enterprises shall have the right to refuse, reduce or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, your payment will go back to Rakuten.com and they shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. We do not ship to freight forwarders. Please make sure you understand your state and local laws governing the purchase and use of the items we sell. We are not responsible for any misuse of any of the products we sell.
Marcas Enterprises has a 14 day from date of purchase return policy. *See restrictions below. RMAs needed on all acceptable returns. Merchandise returned without an RMA# will be refused, returned to you and no refund given. The return must be received within 14 days of you receiving the RMA#. No returns accepted after 14 days. Warranties if any, are handled through the products respective manufacturer. See below for more return details, limitations, and restrictions..... Make sure of what you are purchasing before making your purchasing decision and making your purchase. Once an order is entered into our system, it cannot be canceled or changed. Defective merchandise much be reported to us within 24 hours of package receipt. Item / packages received damaged during delivery must be immediately reported to the shipping company. Do not accept delivery of the order that has been received damaged and have the delivery driver make note of the damage on the bill of lading and get a copy. If any delivery is returned to us as a result of but not limited to the buyer giving us a bad, wrong, or an unknown/undeliverable address, or refusing delivery, or not being available for delivery, the items purchase price (less shipping) will be refunded less a 25% restocking fee and any applicable return shipping fees charge to us by the shipping company. Since most of our items have free shipping, the actual shipping we paid to ship your item to you, will also be deducted from your refund amount. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We also do not send prepaid return labels. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Defective merchandise will be exchanged for the same item upon return of the defective item. If the item is not available, then a refund for the items price will be given. Buyer must ship back the defective item at their expense. If your product qualifies to be returned, packages must be returned insured and with package tracking. Item(s) must be returned in New, Unused, and resalable condition with the original manufacturers packaging intact. All clothing / wearable items must have the product and manufactures tags still attached to the item. All paperwork, manuals, parts and accessories, etc must also be returned in the above condition. If you order contains any free/premium item bundling, that item must also be returned or the value of that free item will be subtracted from your refund amount. If anything is missing, mutilated, alerted or damaged your return will not be accepted. * Restrictions: Due to the nature of certain types of products the following product categories are non-returnable, anything related to guns/weapons/rifles/swords/knives, any firearm accessories and parts, all Rifle/Gun Scopes/optics, knives/swords, crossbows and other archery equipment , firearm lasers, targets, or other weapon type products, as well as computer Software, CDs, DVDs, Marine/GPS Maps, Food related items like spices, Movies, Videos or any other copyrighted materials, books, clothing, bedding, tarps, and a few other items that we sell, cannot be returned.
